Study says flirtatious women get fewer raises, promotions

Well sexuality in the business place is always and most likely will always be a very pressing issue.  One thing in the article that really surprised me was the statement where there haven’t been experts, in the academic field, that have studied the use of sexual behavior in the workplace to advance one-self.  Being a guy I have a hard time believing that a little of what I would call “flirtatious” behavior is a good thing.  The only problem is most people don’t know where to draw the line.  I personally think a good study would be on where to draw the line as opposed to if is a good thing or not.  I believe a person that is “flirty” or extroverted has more opportunities in the world because typically these types of people are outgoing and get along with people easily.  They tend to move up faster than someone who is introverted.
